Kitchen sink not fully opening

My kitchen sink drawer only comes out halfway. Is this an easy fix? It appears as if the slide gets stuck as there is a banging/metallic clunk sound when halfway out.

Sometimes the mechanism gets stuck if not lubricated - use some WD40 or RP7 and see if that helps...

Thanks robstevens, tried the lubricant and at first no joy so straightened out a coat hanger and pocked and jiggled it into the rail. It got stuck in there. So I wrapped a bar around the free end of the wire and used pulling force to try and free it. The sink drawer moved a bit so in frustration I applied a fair bit of pulling force on the drawer and it reluctantly came free. Still took a few ins and outs to get it running freely but appears to be okay. Thanks again for the nudge in the right direction.
